Directly at the client’s table, you’ll experience every aspect of the project and gain insight into the intricacies of being a strategy consultant. You’ll go all-in and take on whatever you can. For example, in your first year, you might lead client workshops, launch your first proposition, and develop the business case that forms the foundation for a new growth strategy. Depending on your skills and demonstrable achievements, you’ll be given increasing responsibility. This gives you much greater influence on the results achieved. You need to be able to do this, but above all, you need to be bold.

We truly believe you learn most by getting started right away. No cheesy analytics training or presentation skills course, just stand in front of a group and get it done. You’ll always work closely with our experienced consultants, who will provide feedback – sometimes challenging, but always focused on your growth. Being confident and trusting your own talents is essential. And if you’d like to take a specific training course to improve certain knowledge or skills, that’s certainly possible too.

You’ll always collaborate closely with our clients, because you can only achieve true impact if the organization supports you. Delivering a polished final report isn’t our ultimate goal. We stay engaged with the client and also support the implementation of the strategy or a component within it – we want to see and experience results!
